Shopify & Klaviyo Assistant (Project-Based Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Shopify & Klaviyo Assistant to help set up and optimize an email marketing system. This is a project-based contract role, with potential for future work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize Klaviyo email lists
• Migrate and optimize email marketing from Shopify Email to Klaviyo
• Set up and optimize Klaviyo account settings
• Build a Shopify landing page for a lead magnet
• Connect lead magnet forms to Klaviyo
• Build out email automation flows and sequences
• Set up and optimize core Klaviyo flows, including:
  • Welcome series (updating existing one)
  • Lead magnet delivery
  • Abandoned cart
  • Browse abandonment
  • Customer thank you
  • Post-purchase follow-up
  • Win-back flow
  • Sunset / list cleaning flow
• Create customer segments and email lists
• Test all automations thoroughly before handoff
• Provide a brief walkthrough or documentation of the completed setup

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify
• Proven experience with Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and customer journeys
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
• Able to work independently and recommend best practices
• Strong attention to detail
