Shopify Dropshipping Manager

About the role

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of my Shopify dropshipping store.

I'm looking for someone who already understands Shopify and can work independently, follow SOPs, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify products, listings, pricing, descriptions, and product images.
• Process orders and monitor fulfillment status.
• Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Monitor shipping delays, tracking numbers, returns, and refunds.
• Respond to customer inquiries when needed.
• Check product pages and store functionality regularly.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and daily operational reports.
• Identify and report operational problems before they become bigger issues.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
• Experience with dropshipping workflows and suppliers.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• References or examples of previous relevant work.
