Job Description

We build a popular app for Shopify stores. Our merchants love what it does, but sometimes they need help setting it up or run into issues. We need someone who can be their first point of contact and solve their problems.

You'll be the face of our app for hundreds of store owners. They'll email you with questions. Your job is to understand their issue, guide them through the fix, and make sure they can use the app successfully. This might mean walking them through installation, explaining a setting, or spotting a bug we need to fix. You'll also help turn their confusion into clear help documentation for the next person.

We need someone who is both technical and patient. You should have experience with the Shopify platform—knowing how apps, themes, and the admin work. You don't need to code, but you need to troubleshoot like a detective. Clear writing is crucial. If you enjoy helping people, solving puzzles, and want to support the backbone of e-commerce, this is a great fit. You'll work US hours to best support our merchants.
