SEO Specialist

We're a DTC brand looking for an SEO Specialist to grow our organic traffic and get our products and content ranking where buyers are actually searching. This is a role for someone who knows modern SEO hands-on and can turn research into rankings — not just run audits and hand over reports.

What You'll Own

• Keyword research that targets real buyer intent, mapping terms to products, collections, and content
• On-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, headers, product and collection copy, internal linking, and technical fundamentals
• Content briefs that give writers everything they need — target keywords, structure, search intent, and competitor angles
• Link building through outreach, digital PR, and legitimate off-page tactics
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions, then turning what you see into next steps

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on SEO experience, ideally for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Strong command of keyword research and on-page optimization
• Real experience building links through outreach (not spammy tactics)
• Comfort with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
• Understanding of how SEO works on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Ability to write clear, well-structured content briefs
• Solid grasp of technical SEO basics — site speed, indexing, structured data
• Strong written English and a data-driven, self-directed way of working

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify SEO specifically
• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
• Some content writing ability of your own

This is a full-time role with overlap during US business hours.
