Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and increase website performance across multiple digital properties.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the full SEO landscape—from keyword research and content optimization to technical audits, link building, analytics, and performance reporting. Beyond SEO execution, you'll also contribute ideas to improve websites, marketing assets, and overall digital presence.

The successful candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of identifying growth opportunities while ensuring websites follow current search engine best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be developing and executing SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Identifying opportunities for organic growth
  • Optimizing website content, metadata, images, and internal linking structures
  • Implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements
  • Managing link-building initiatives and authority-building efforts
  • Monitoring website health, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
  • Tracking rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior
  • Preparing reports and providing actionable recommendations
  • Working with developers and designers to improve website performance and user experience
  • Supporting content strategies with SEO best practices
  • Managing local SEO initiatives where applicable

The role may also involve occasional support for paid advertising initiatives and broader digital marketing efforts.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with proven experience improving organic search performance and managing SEO campaigns.

Strong working knowledge of the following is important:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush
  • Ahrefs
  • Moz
  • Screaming Frog
  • Keyword research and SEO auditing tools

Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Shopify is highly desirable.

You should also have a solid understanding of:

  • On-page SEO
  • Off-page SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • Website performance optimization
  • Search intent and keyword strategy
  • Local SEO
  • SEO reporting and analytics

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to SEO-related work, you'll assist with operational coordination by helping ensure remote team members remain organized, have clearly assigned priorities, and are progressing on scheduled tasks.

You'll also be encouraged to provide recommendations for improving websites, digital assets, catalogs, landing pages, and marketing materials to support overall business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

You're someone who enjoys combining data, strategy, and execution. You stay informed about algorithm updates, search trends, and emerging SEO practices, while maintaining a practical focus on business results.

Strong communication skills, independent problem-solving ability, and excellent time management are essential. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, work effectively in a remote environment, and consistently deliver measurable improvements.

Experience in ecommerce, B2B, SaaS, or lead-generation environments would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with design tools or paid advertising platforms is considered a plus but is not required.
