Job Description

We're a performance-driven marketing agency working with clients across e-commerce, SaaS, and professional services. We're growing our SEO team and looking for a specialist who can own search strategy end to end — not just execute tasks.

You'll be responsible for driving organic growth across a portfolio of client accounts. That means auditing, strategizing, executing on-page and technical fixes, tracking rankings, and communicating results clearly.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct full technical and content SEO audits for new and existing clients
  • Develop keyword strategies and content roadmaps aligned to business goals
  • Implement on-page optimizations across client websites
  • Build and monitor monthly SEO performance reports
  • Identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems
  • Track keyword rankings and organic traffic via GA4 and Semrush/Ahrefs
  • Collaborate with content writers to align output with SEO strategy

What you bring

  • Solid understanding of both technical and on-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Semrush or Ahrefs for auditing and keyword research
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics 4 — you know how to find what matters
  • Experience managing multiple projects or clients at the same time
  • Sharp eye for what's actually moving rankings vs. busywork
