Job Description

If you've grown organic traffic for an ecommerce brand — not a service site, not a blog, an actual product brand — we want to talk.

We're looking for someone who treats SEO as an ongoing operation, not a monthly report. Keyword research that connects to revenue. Content briefs the team actually uses. Technical audits that end in real fixes. Link building that isn't embarrassing.

Week-to-week responsibilities:

  • Keyword research and opportunity mapping tied to product categories
  • Writing content briefs and reviewing output for SEO alignment
  • Technical audits and coordinating fixes with developers
  • Backlink acquisition — outreach, guest posts, digital PR
  • Performance tracking across GA4, Search Console, and rank tools
  • Competitor gap analysis before gaps show up in traffic drops

Hard requirements:

  • 3+ years of SEO experience on ecommerce or DTC brands specifically
  • Power-user level with Ahrefs or SEMrush — not just familiar with them
  • Able to produce a solid content brief and give feedback without rewriting it yourself
  • Fluent English, written and verbal

You need at least a 4-hour daily overlap with US Eastern. EU-based applicants are welcome if that works. Apply with traffic data — we're not interested in vague claims about results.
