SEO/AEO Specialist (Multi-Client)

About the Role

We're a growing digital marketing agency looking for an SEO/AEO Specialist to independently manage SEO work across multiple clients. This role is not client-facing. You'll own execution, tracking, and reporting, while our account manager handles all client communication.

What You'll Do

• Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Build backlinks, citations, and authority.
• Create SEO content and optimize for AEO (answer engine optimization).
• Track rankings with LocalFalcon.
• Keep ClickUp updated and submit daily end-of-day reports.
• Prepare monthly client reports that are ready for the account manager to send.

What We're Looking For

• Prior SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Plus: experience with GHL, ClickUp, LocalFalcon, SEMrush, or Search Atlas.

Thorough work, improved rankings, proactive communication, and reports that never need double-checking.
