Job Description

A growing e-commerce company is looking for someone who can solve one problem: keeping the creative pipeline full.

Paid ads and organic content only work when fresh content keeps arriving. This role exists to make sure our marketing team never runs out of new UGC to test across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, Shopify, and other channels.

What You'll Be Building

By month one, you should have a reliable flow of creators producing content every week.

By month three, the pipeline should consistently support ongoing PPC testing and organic posting.

By month six, the goal is a scalable creator network capable of generating 30+ usable content pieces per week across multiple brands.

Where Your Time Will Go

Finding creators

Researching pet-focused micro-influencers (1K–20K followers) on TikTok and Instagram.

Outreach & onboarding

Personalized outreach, agreement coordination, product shipping, and creator setup.

Content management

Briefing creators, reviewing raw footage, and ensuring content meets brand expectations.

Reporting & optimization

15%

Tracking creator performance, pipeline health, and improving workflows.
