About the Role

We are a performance-focused paid media team specializing in structured Google Ads management, accurate tracking, and scalable campaign optimization.

Our clients include businesses across ecommerce, SaaS, education, luxury retail, and service industries.

We are growing and looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us over time.

Important: PST Overlap Required

You must be available to work at least 4 hours per day during PST business hours.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Google Ads Specialist who will begin in a hands-on execution role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position over time.

Initially, you will support campaign builds, optimizations, and account management. As you become familiar with our systems and processes, you will take ownership of paid media execution across multiple accounts.

This is intended to be a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term freelance project.

Responsibilities

Google Ads (Primary Focus)

  • Build and optimize Google Search campaigns
  • Manage Performance Max campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and maintain negative keyword lists
  • Structure campaigns clearly and logically
  • Monitor budgets, bidding, pacing, and overall performance
  • Write and test ad copy
  • Assist with tracking QA using GA4 and GTM

Paid Social (Secondary Focus)

  • Support Meta and LinkedIn campaign builds
  • Assist with creative testing
  • Monitor campaign spend and performance

Process & Communication

  • Update tasks daily in project management tools
  • Document work clearly and consistently
  • Communicate proactively when blocked or unclear on priorities

Growth Path

Month 1–2

Support campaign execution and learn internal systems and workflows.

Month 3–4

Take ownership of campaign builds and optimization processes.

Long Term

Manage paid media execution across multiple accounts while leadership focuses on strategy and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Experience managing accounts with monthly budgets of $5,000+
  • Clear understanding of campaign structure and keyword match types
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Interested in long-term collaboration and growth

Availability

  • Must overlap with PST business hours
  • Full-time availability preferred
