## Key Responsibilities

  • Bureau & Creditor Communication: Make outbound calls to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian to audit, track, and push disputes through.
  • End-to-End Dispute Management: Handle the entire lifecycle of disputes, reinvestigations, reimports, and strict timeline tracking.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Work independently. When your assigned queue is clear, you are expected to find productive ways to improve our processes, clean up data, or prep future tasks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all communications, updates, and progress in our tracking systems.

## Required Tech Stack & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on, proficient experience with:

  • DisputeFox (Core dispute management)
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM & pipeline management)
  • Google Sheets (Data organization and tracking)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal, for bureau calls and documentation)
