Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, managing high-volume lead pipelines, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a high volume of inbound and outbound leads
  • Provide exceptional phone-based customer support and consultation
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer journey and sales process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar B2C role
  • Proven experience in lead management, phone support, and closing sales
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working within the U.S. real estate market
  • Spanish language proficiency
