Job Description
We're looking for an experienced paid search professional who can combine campaign management expertise with automation and AI to improve the way our search team operates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, building scalable systems, and finding smarter ways to manage enterprise PPC accounts.
Your Focus
You'll spend most of your time managing and improving paid search campaigns while also introducing automation, standardizing workflows, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through AI and technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
- Improve campaign structures, quality assurance, reporting, and optimization processes
- Build automations using scripts, workflow tools, and platform capabilities
- Streamline recurring tasks across campaign management and reporting
- Research, test, and implement AI solutions to improve productivity and decision-making
- Evaluate new advertising features, beta programs, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational standards
- Share best practices and help drive continuous process improvements
Requirements
We're looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience managing large paid search accounts and a genuine interest in automation and AI.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of paid search experience
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
- Experience with enterprise management platforms such as Skai, SA360, Optmyzr, or similar
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience creating or implementing automation solutions
Experience with Google Ads Scripts, Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n), or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is highly desirable.
