Job Description

We’re looking for someone who understands how outbound actually works—not just sending emails, but building and maintaining a clean, usable pipeline. This role combines lead sourcing, qualification, and day-to-day outbound execution, with a strong focus on keeping data organized and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and scrape B2B leads based on defined ICP (industry, role, company size, etc.)
  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet targeting criteria
  • Manage outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn
  • Personalize outreach at scale using templates and variables
  • Track responses and update lead statuses consistently
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (deduplication, tagging, pipeline updates)
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to sales

Requirements:

  • Experience with lead sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Ability to research and validate leads (roles, companies, relevance)
  • Hands-on experience running cold email campaigns (tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach workflows and best practices
  • Experience working inside a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) with a focus on data accuracy
  • Understanding of basic B2B funnels and what qualifies as a good lead
  • Strong attention to detail—especially when handling large datasets
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets for lead tracking and cleanup

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with email deliverability basics (domains, warm-up, sending limits)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) for syncing data
  • Exposure to outbound messaging frameworks or copy testing
