Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business growth and manage the full sales process for a B2B technology solution.
This is a remote role for a results-oriented sales professional who is confident engaging decision-makers, leading virtual meetings, and consistently moving opportunities through the pipeline. You'll be responsible for generating revenue, managing client relationships, and helping prospective customers understand the value of the solution.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you'll own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close. You'll work directly with prospects, conduct discovery conversations, deliver product demonstrations, present proposals, and negotiate agreements.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, sales discipline, and the ability to build trust with business stakeholders throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conducting discovery calls and qualification conversations
- Delivering online product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Following up consistently with prospects and active opportunities
- Preparing proposals and supporting contract negotiations
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
- Supporting long-term customer success through effective handoffs and communication
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with a proven track record of closing B2B sales opportunities and managing complex buying processes.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience selling business-to-business products or services
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience conducting virtual sales meetings and remote selling
- Confidence engaging decision-makers and business leaders
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- The ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results
Experience selling software, technology solutions, or subscription-based services is highly desirable but not required.
