Job Description

We develop AI-powered software that helps businesses automate complex data analysis and decision-making processes. Our platform serves companies across various industries looking to implement artificial intelligence solutions.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying businesses that could benefit from our AI technology and qualifying them for our sales team. Your work directly builds the pipeline for our AI solution sales.

Outbound Prospecting Focus

  • Research and identify companies that could benefit from AI automation
  • Build targeted prospect lists of decision-makers in relevant departments
  • Conduct initial outreach via email and LinkedIn to gauge AI solution interest
  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and our sales executives
  • Track and document all prospect interactions in our CRM system

AI Solution Qualification

  • Understand basic AI/ML concepts to identify relevant use cases
  • Qualify prospects based on technical readiness and business needs
  • Identify pain points that our AI platform can solve
  • Gather initial requirements to prep sales team for conversations
  • Differentiate between AI-curious and AI-ready organizations

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Research industry-specific AI adoption trends
  • Identify companies investing in digital transformation
  • Track competitor AI solutions in the market
  • Monitor AI technology adoption across different sectors
  • Document common AI implementation challenges

Required Background

  • Experience with B2B SaaS prospecting or sales development
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML technology and applications
  • Ability to research and understand different business models
  • Experience with sales tech stack (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn)
  • Comfort discussing technical solutions with business decision-makers

This role requires bridging technical understanding with business development, identifying organizations ready to implement AI solutions and connecting them with our expert sales team.
