Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join the founding team of a new SaaS platform. This is a role for a "hunter" who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch. You will be the primary engine behind our outbound strategy, responsible for identifying target accounts, initiating conversations, and booking high-quality demos for our sales leadership.
Since we are a new platform, you won't be waiting for inbound leads to hit your inbox. This requires a mix of technical research, creative writing for cold outreach, and persistent follow-up. We need someone who treats sales like a science—constantly tracking open rates, testing different subject lines, and refining the pitch based on prospect feedback.
Technical Experience & Skill Requirements
- Outbound SaaS Sales: 3+ years of experience specifically as an SDR or BDR within a B2B SaaS environment. You must have a proven track record of hitting "Meetings Booked" quotas through cold outbound channels.
- Cold Email Infrastructure: Hands-on experience managing high-volume sending tools such as ——, Smartlead, or Lemlist. You should understand how to manage inbox rotations and maintain sender reputation.
- Lead Sourcing Stack: 2+ years of daily experience using ——, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (or similar) to build highly targeted, verified lead lists.
- CRM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce, with the ability to manage complex deal stages and automate follow-up tasks without manual errors.
The Mission:
- Lead Generation: Identifying decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Ops, etc.) and building lists based on specific "buying triggers."
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Executing 50-80 personalized touchpoints per day across Email and LinkedIn.
- Qualification: Conducting initial discovery chats to ensure a prospect is a genuine fit before handing them off to the account executives.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously tracking every interaction in the CRM to ensure 100% follow-up consistency.
