Sales & Cold Calling VA - Real Estate Company

We're a fast-growing US real estate media company, helping real estate agents grow their brand through high-quality photo, video, and social media marketing. We're looking for a reliable, confident, results-driven Sales & Outreach VA who's comfortable on the phone and can help us generate and convert new leads every day.

Sales & Cold Calling

• Make daily outbound cold calls to real estate agents
• Follow up with leads via call, text, and email
• Build relationships and create interest in our services
• Set appointments for the owner/sales team

Lead Generation

• Find and build targeted lead lists (Zillow, Instagram, and similar sources)
• Identify active real estate agents who need media services
• Keep lead data organized and up to date

CRM Management (HubSpot)

• Input and manage leads inside HubSpot
• Track conversations and update lead stages (cold, warm, hot)
• Maintain a clean, organized pipeline

Customer Communication

• Handle inbound messages professionally
• Answer questions and provide a great customer experience
• Represent the company in a friendly, professional way

Requirements

• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with clients
• Experience with cold calling or sales (preferred)
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Strong customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Self-motivated and able to hit daily targets

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Experience in real estate or marketing
• Experience with SMS/email outreach systems
• Understanding of US sales culture
