Your role involves calling homeowners who have contacted us through our website or online ads. These leads have shown interest in roof inspections, repairs, or replacement consultations. You will be the first voice they hear from our company.
You will schedule appointments for our roofing estimators to visit properties and provide assessments. This requires clear communication about our services and understanding homeowner concerns about their roofs.
Successful appointment setting leads to booked consultations where our estimators can provide quotes. You will use our CRM system to track calls, update lead status, and schedule follow-ups.
This position requires professional phone communication skills and ability to understand basic roofing terminology. You will work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services.
