Job Description

We sell across multiple channels and need someone to manage our review presence — monitoring, responding, and building review volume consistently.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring reviews across Amazon, Google, Trustpilot, and other relevant platforms daily
  • Responding to negative reviews promptly and professionally
  • Running post-purchase review request campaigns via email and SMS
  • Flagging fake or policy-violating reviews for removal
  • Tracking ratings and review volume across platforms and reporting weekly
  • Coordinating with the CS team on recurring complaints showing up in reviews

Attention to tone is critical — every public response represents the brand.
