Job Description

We're a SaaS company hiring a Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with proven experience in this specific function. This is not a generalist email role — we need someone who has worked on churn reduction, expansion revenue, and lifecycle campaigns for a SaaS product.

What you'll own:

  • Lifecycle email and in-app messaging — onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back sequences
  • Building and optimizing automated campaigns in —— or a comparable platform
  • Segmenting users by behavior, plan type, and engagement level
  • A/B testing messaging, timing, and offers with proper analysis and iteration
  • Monitoring churn signals and triggering proactive intervention campaigns
  • Reporting on retention metrics — churn rate, expansion MRR, and campaign impact

Extensive SaaS retention experience required — bring metrics from previous roles when you apply.
