Job Description
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing home services company specializing in lighting installations, home decor, and related solutions. We are looking for a proven Sales Closer who thrives in a high-performance environment and knows how to take deals from first contact to close.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, running outbound outreach, and closing high-ticket deals. This role is strictly for experienced sales professionals—no beginners.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
- Execute outbound outreach (calls, messages, follow-ups)
- Qualify prospects and identify high-value opportunities
- Close high-ticket deals ($1,000–$5,000+)
- Manage and track your own sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales closer (non-entry-level)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 or higher)
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-ticket sales
- Ability to work independently and stay accountable
- Willing to complete a 1-week paid trial (continuation based on performance)
- Contractor mindset with a focus on results
