Who We Are
We're a US-based leader in custom manufacturing, and we're hiring someone who takes ownership, puts others first, and wants a career here rather than just a job. If you say "I can and I will" and follow through, you'll fit right in.
The Role in a Nutshell
You'll keep our production lines supplied. That means finding the right materials, negotiating with vendors, and making sure the right quantities arrive at the right time, without running short or sitting on excess stock, and at the best possible cost.
Your Day-to-Day
- Source materials, evaluate vendors, and negotiate contracts.
- Build lasting supplier relationships that deliver on time and on budget.
- Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement paperwork.
- Keep inventory at levels that support production schedules without overstocking.
- Run regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and strengthen inventory controls.
- Work with production, operations, and other teams to forecast what materials we'll need.
- Track inventory KPIs such as turnover, shrinkage, and lead times, and report them to management.
- Look for ways to make procurement and inventory processes faster and smarter.
- Keep everything compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 3+ years in procurement and inventory management, ideally in manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of inventory systems, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or inventory software.
- Sharp negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- A knack for turning data into smart purchasing decisions.
- Attention to detail and a talent for solving problems.
- A plus: a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A plus: basic Mandarin, spoken and written.
Why You'll Want to Work Here
- Permanent work-from-home position.
- Competitive pay, performance-based rewards, and a commission package.
- A stable, recession-resistant industry.
- Overtime opportunities where applicable.
- Healthcare, one week of paid vacation, and additional incentives and bonuses.
- Promotions and recognition based on results, not seniority.
- Chances to lead new projects.
- Cutting-edge technology and experienced, high-performing teammates to learn from.
- A collaborative, supportive, and fun culture.
