Job Description
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand focused on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager with strong Meta advertising expertise to scale customer acquisition, improve campaign performance, and drive profitable growth.
Role Overview
As our Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will work closely with creative, content, and leadership teams to develop acquisition strategies, test new concepts, and maximize return on ad spend.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative marketing instincts and has experience managing significant advertising budgets for e-commerce brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Meta advertising campaigns for customer acquisition and retargeting.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Develop testing roadmaps for audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Track attribution, customer journeys, and funnel performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends within the paid social ecosystem.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of scaling profitable paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution models.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least $20,000+.
