Job Description

We're a fast-growing remote company that has scaled from 5 to 40+ people in the past 18 months and is planning to hire significantly more over the next year. Recruiting has been handled by founders and team leads alongside their actual jobs — which means it's slow, inconsistent, and nobody is doing it well. We need a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to take over the operational side of hiring and keep the pipeline moving across all departments.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to manage postings, screen applicants, coordinate the interview process, and handle all the logistics that currently fall through the cracks. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role that requires someone who can manage multiple open positions simultaneously without dropping the ball on candidate experience.

What you'll handle

  • Managing active job postings across job boards and LinkedIn — writing and updating listings, screening incoming applications, and maintaining candidate pipelines in the ATS
  • Proactively sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles — LinkedIn search, outreach sequences, and building talent pools for future openings
  • Coordinating all interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers — confirmations, reminders, and reschedules handled without the hiring manager having to chase anything
  • Managing candidate communication throughout the process — status updates, feedback delivery, and offer coordination
  • Handling new hire onboarding logistics — documentation, tool access, account setup, and first-week preparation
  • Maintaining clean ATS records and reporting weekly on pipeline status, time-to-hire, and source quality by role

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a recruitment coordination or HR operations role — experience at a remote or distributed company is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines across multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills — multiple hiring managers, multiple roles, and candidates at different stages all need to move forward in parallel
  • Any timezone — the team is globally distributed and the work is async-first
  • Fluent English for all candidate-facing written communication
