Job Description
We're growing fast enough that recruiting has become a bottleneck. Job posts go live, applications come in, and the people who need to be scheduling interviews are stuck in product meetings. Qualified candidates are waiting too long for responses. The process needs an operator.
You'll own the operational layer of recruiting: screening applications against defined criteria, moving candidates through the pipeline, scheduling interviews across time zones, keeping the ATS updated after every touchpoint, and making sure no one falls through the cracks between applied and hired. You won't be making final hiring decisions — but you'll be the reason the process doesn't stall.
We hire across technical and non-technical roles, so comfort with both types of screening matters. Experience with applicant tracking systems and structured high-volume interview scheduling is expected. Asia timezone.
