Job Description

Do you read job descriptions and immediately think about how you'd improve the screening process? Do you get quiet satisfaction from a clean, well-organized applicant pipeline? Do you find most recruiting teams surprisingly bad at their own operations?

If yes — keep reading.

We're hiring someone to run the operational side of our hiring process. Not a recruiter, not an HR generalist — someone who makes the mechanics of hiring actually work. Managing postings, keeping the ATS organized, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, making sure nothing disappears between "applied" and "offer sent."

You'd also build out templates, screening criteria, and process documentation that means the next hiring push doesn't start from scratch. If we're hiring 10 people at once, you're the one making sure it doesn't turn into chaos.

Ideally you've worked inside a recruiting function before — agency or in-house, either is fine. You know what an ATS looks like from the inside. You've managed interview calendars across multiple time zones. You know how to keep candidates warm without overpromising.

Asia timezone, full-time, remote. Conversational English required — you'll be communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout.

Skills that matter:

  • ATS experience — Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar
  • Interview scheduling across time zones
  • SOP writing and process documentation

Apply and tell us the worst thing you've seen in a recruiting process — and what you'd do differently.
