Real estate virtual assistant (renovation)

We are an Australian renovation company that buys, renovates, and sells properties. Finding the right houses to work on is everything. We need a remote assistant to help us find and connect with potential sellers so we can keep our renovation pipeline full.

Your main job is to make calls. You'll be calling lists of property owners—people who might be motivated to sell their house quickly. You'll use our provided script to have a friendly, professional conversation, figure out their situation, and see if their property could be a good fit for our business. If it is, you'll schedule a time for our acquisitions manager to take a closer look.

We need someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and can handle rejection with a positive attitude. Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or real estate is a big plus. You need to be a clear communicator, organized enough to track your calls and follow-ups, and available to work during Australian business hours (Asia time zone). We pay a base rate plus bonuses for every qualified appointment you set that turns into a serious lead.
