Job Description

A US-based real estate investment company is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and appointment-setting efforts. This role is focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, CRM management, and follow-up activities designed to help identify potential real estate opportunities.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and experienced with managing leads throughout the sales pipeline.

You'll play an important role in helping the acquisitions team connect with property owners, maintain accurate records, and ensure opportunities are properly tracked and followed up on.

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include contacting property owners from provided lead lists and engaging them in professional conversations to determine potential interest in selling.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to property owners
  • Following qualification scripts and gathering relevant information
  • Identifying motivated prospects and assessing opportunity potential
  • Scheduling appointments for the acquisitions team
  • Maintaining accurate lead records and conversation notes
  • Updating CRM records and pipeline stages
  • Managing follow-up activities and nurturing warm prospects
  • Ensuring all lead interactions are properly documented

Required Experience

Candidates should have previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Cold calling
  • Appointment setting
  • Lead generation
  • Real estate prospecting
  • Sales development

Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is required.

Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, lead tracking, and sales pipelines will be highly beneficial.
