Job Description

It's 9am and three deals are in motion at once. One closing is Friday, one has a contingency deadline this afternoon, and a new contract just landed in your inbox. This is a normal Tuesday in this role.

You're the person who keeps every deal moving from signed contract to closed table without anything slipping. Agents focus on clients and negotiations — you focus on the process. Every document, every deadline, every stakeholder communication runs through you.

You'll coordinate with title companies, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and clients simultaneously. You track contingency dates, prepare addenda, and make sure signatures happen before deadlines. You build checklists that actually get used and systems that hold up when volume increases.

What this role requires:

  • Prior transaction coordination experience in real estate — not entry-level
  • Proficiency with Dotloop, Skyslope, or a comparable platform
  • Strong written English — you'll communicate on behalf of agents
  • Ability to juggle multiple active deals without anything slipping

What separates great TCs from average ones is anticipation. If a lender is slow, you follow up before anyone asks. If a deadline is approaching, you've already sent three reminders. That instinct either exists or it doesn't — we're looking for someone it comes naturally to.
