Job Description

A growing real estate business is looking for a marketing professional who can take ownership of its online presence and turn it into a consistent source of leads. This role is suited for someone who doesn’t just follow instructions, but actively looks for ways to improve performance and drive results.

You’ll be stepping into a role where there is already a foundation in place, but significant room to optimize, rebuild, and scale. The focus is on execution backed by thinking—understanding what works, testing new ideas, and improving systems over time.

The work will span across multiple areas. You’ll be refining website pages and landing flows to improve conversions, managing retargeting campaigns on Meta, and strengthening overall visibility through SEO. Content will also play a key role, especially within a niche segment of real estate, where you’ll help create and publish material designed to attract and educate the right audience.

Video content is part of the growth strategy as well. You’ll support YouTube efforts by optimizing content for search and assisting with basic editing to ensure videos are aligned with platform best practices.

Performance tracking is a core part of the role. You’ll be expected to monitor key metrics, identify gaps, and provide clear insights on what needs to improve and why.

This position is best suited for someone with real estate marketing experience who understands how different channels—paid ads, content, and SEO—work together. You should be comfortable making adjustments to websites, running retargeting campaigns, and improving overall marketing structure without needing constant direction.
