Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team in a full-time, long-term remote role. You'll be responsible for qualifying seller leads, managing follow-up, and ensuring motivated homeowners move efficiently through the acquisition process.

In This Position

Your focus will be on speaking with property owners, identifying qualified opportunities, and maintaining an organized pipeline for the acquisitions team.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Contacting inbound and existing seller leads
  • Building rapport with homeowners
  • Identifying motivation, timeline, pricing expectations, and property details
  • Qualifying opportunities based on established buying criteria
  • Managing ongoing follow-up with prospective sellers
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Scheduling appointments and handing qualified leads to acquisitions
  • Reporting daily and weekly activity metrics

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • At least 3 years of real estate experience
  • 2+ years as a Lead Manager, Acquisition Manager, or similar role
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up habits
  • Experience working independently in a results-driven environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Experience with real estate wholesaling, off-market seller leads, and CRMs such as Podio, REI Simpli, or GoHighLevel is highly preferred.
