Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can consistently work through inbound and outbound real estate leads and turn them into qualified appointments. This role is focused on speed, follow-up, and keeping prospects engaged until they’re ready to move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with inbound leads from Zillow, Facebook, and other sources
  • Qualify prospects based on timeline, budget, and intent
  • Nurture leads over time through calls, texts, and CRM follow-ups
  • Set property showings and appointments for agents
  • Track all conversations and update lead status inside the CRM
  • Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads and bring them back into the pipeline

Requirements:

  • Experience handling real estate leads (Zillow, Facebook ads, or similar sources)
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and managing ongoing follow-ups
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations naturally
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track communication
  • Understanding of basic real estate sales flow (lead → nurture → showing → deal)
  • Strong consistency—this role is about daily execution, not occasional effort

This is a volume + follow-up role. The more consistent and structured your approach, the better the results.
