Job Description
Real estate agencies live and die by their follow-up. Leads come in, time passes, and if no one is staying on top of them, deals fall apart before they even start. This role exists to make sure that doesn't happen.
You'll be working inside our CRM — Follow Up Boss — managing lead pipelines, ensuring every contact is properly tagged, categorized, and moving through the right stage. You'll follow up with leads by phone and email, book appointments for the agents, and make sure no lead goes cold from lack of attention. Speed and consistency are everything here. The faster a lead gets a real response and a booked call, the better our conversion rate.
Day to day you'll be following up with incoming leads, updating CRM records after every interaction, identifying stale contacts and re-engaging them, coordinating appointment scheduling between leads and agents, and reporting on pipeline activity so the team always knows where things stand. There's a rhythm to this kind of work — and the right person finds it energizing, not repetitive.
You should be comfortable on the phone, organized enough to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, and familiar with Follow Up Boss or a comparable real estate CRM. Prior experience in real estate support, lead management, or appointment setting is a strong advantage. If you understand how a real estate pipeline works and take follow-up seriously, this role is a good fit.
