Job Description

We acquire land and work directly with property owners — and our pipeline depends on consistent outbound outreach to find motivated sellers before they go anywhere else. We're looking for an Appointment Setter to make that happen through high-volume outbound calling.

Your primary job is to call landowners, introduce what we do, qualify their interest, and book them onto a call with our acquisition team. You won't be closing deals — your job is to open the door, build enough rapport to keep them on the line, and pass on every qualified conversation. The leads you set directly impact the deals we close, which is why this role comes with performance bonuses tied to your results.

Day to day, you'll be working through call lists, handling objections confidently, logging every interaction in Follow Up Boss, following up with contacts who didn't pick up or weren't ready the first time, and reporting your daily activity numbers. You should be comfortable making a high volume of calls without losing energy or enthusiasm by the end of the day — consistency is everything in this role.

We need someone who is confident on the phone, can think on their feet when landowners push back, and genuinely enjoys the challenge of outbound calling. Prior experience in real estate appointment setting or lead generation calling is a strong advantage. Attitude and persistence matter just as much as experience here — if you track your own numbers and take a slow day personally, you'll fit right in.
