We're looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment team by contacting homeowners, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. This is a long-term remote position suited to someone who communicates with professionalism, stays organized, and enjoys speaking with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners using company-provided lead lists
- Build rapport while following call guidelines naturally
- Identify motivated sellers and gather relevant property details
- Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team
- Update the CRM with accurate notes and call outcomes
- Meet daily calling and productivity goals
- Submit a summary of completed work at the end of each day
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has:
- Clear, fluent English with a confident and friendly phone manner
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive conversations
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills
- A reliable home office with high-speed internet and a quality headset
Experience with real estate lead generation, appointment setting, CRM platforms, or dialer software is an advantage but not required.
