Job Description

We're looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment team by contacting homeowners, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. This is a long-term remote position suited to someone who communicates with professionalism, stays organized, and enjoys speaking with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact homeowners using company-provided lead lists
  • Build rapport while following call guidelines naturally
  • Identify motivated sellers and gather relevant property details
  • Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team
  • Update the CRM with accurate notes and call outcomes
  • Meet daily calling and productivity goals
  • Submit a summary of completed work at the end of each day

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Clear, fluent English with a confident and friendly phone manner
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive conversations
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills
  • A reliable home office with high-speed internet and a quality headset

Experience with real estate lead generation, appointment setting, CRM platforms, or dialer software is an advantage but not required.
