Job Description
We close deals. Wholesaling, novations, wholetailing, direct-to-seller — this is a serious operation and we need serious people to match.
You'll get hot leads every day, a fully loaded CRM, training, and everything you need to perform. What we can't give you is hunger. That has to be yours.
This role is about talking to motivated sellers, building trust fast, and locking in contracts. It's not complicated — but it takes someone who shows up every single day, follows up relentlessly, and doesn't make excuses when things get tough. If that's not you, don't apply.
You need real sales or acquisitions experience — not theory, not courses, actual experience closing. Your English needs to be strong and clear. Your internet needs to be reliable. Your availability needs to be full-time, 40 hours a week, no exceptions.
