We're expanding our acquisitions team and are looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to build trust, negotiate confidently, and convert qualified opportunities into signed agreements.
Unlike traditional sales roles, you'll focus exclusively on inbound inquiries and scheduled appointments—no cold prospecting required.
You'll Succeed If You Can
- Build rapport quickly over the phone
- Guide property owners through the sales process
- Negotiate confidently and handle objections
- Follow up consistently until deals are closed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
What You Bring
- Strong phone sales or closing experience
- Excellent spoken English
- Confident negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivation and results-driven mindset
- Reliable internet, quality headset, and professional home office
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or property investing is a strong advantage.
