Job Description

We are a U.S.-based real estate brokerage and investment company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager - REO Coordinator to support our growing operations.

This role combines property management, REO coordination, bookkeeping support, and administrative operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys managing details, maintaining accurate records, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management & REO Coordination

  • Manage property-related records, activities, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, utility providers, and service partners
  • Assist with REO property tracking, inspections, occupancy checks, and maintenance coordination
  • Maintain accurate property files, records, and documentation
  • Monitor open tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion

Bookkeeping & Financial Support

  • Track invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
  • Reconcile transactions and verify account accuracy
  • Maintain organized financial and property records
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Ensure accurate audit trails and financial documentation

Administrative Support

  • Update property management systems and databases
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational records
  • Follow up on outstanding action items and project tasks
  • Support day-to-day operations and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Experience using property management software such as Rentec Direct, Buildium, AppFolio, or similar platforms
  • Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, property management, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • REO coordination experience
  • Property management experience
  • Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software
  • Real estate industry experience
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers
