We are looking for an experienced Property Management Coordinator to support our U.S. property management operations. This is a remote, long-term position for someone who can confidently manage daily operations, communicate professionally with tenants and vendors, and keep everything organized with minimal supervision.
Your Role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks that keep our rental portfolio running efficiently. This includes managing maintenance requests, coordinating vendors, handling lease renewals, overseeing unit turnovers, updating property listings, and ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage maintenance requests from start to finish, including tenant communication, vendor coordination, AppFolio updates, and ticket resolution• Coordinate property repairs and maintenance across multiple units• Oversee unit turns by scheduling vendors, tracking progress, and completing quality checklists• Handle lease expirations, renewals, and documentation to minimize vacancy• Monitor rent collections and payment records• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs• Maintain accurate property listings, rental rates, and unit availability across marketing platforms• Keep inspection reports, service records, and property documentation organized• Follow company SOPs while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements
• Hands-on experience using AppFolio (required)• Previous experience with residential property management• Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination, lease administration, unit turnovers, and listing management• Excellent spoken and written English• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities
