Job Description

Twelve active projects, four teams, and no single person accountable for whether any of it lands on time. Deadlines slip because handoffs aren't managed, blockers sit unresolved because nobody owns follow-up, and leadership doesn't have reliable visibility into what's actually on track. This role exists to fix that.

We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure to how work moves through the organization — not by adding process for its own sake, but by making sure the right people have the right information at the right time and that nothing important stalls.

What you'll manage

  • Owning the project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery — defining scope, building timelines, assigning owners, and tracking progress across all active initiatives
  • Running weekly project syncs — preparing agendas, keeping meetings focused, capturing decisions and action items, and following up until things are resolved
  • Identifying and resolving blockers proactively — escalating when needed, not waiting for someone else to flag that something is stuck
  • Maintaining a clear view of workload and capacity across teams — surfacing conflicts before they cause slippage
  • Building and maintaining project documentation — timelines, status updates, decision logs, and SOPs that keep institutional knowledge accessible
  • Reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and delivery confidence on a regular cadence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience across cross-functional projects — preferably in a tech, SaaS, or e-commerce environment
  • Hands-on with project management tools — Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or —— — able to set up and maintain workflows from scratch
  • Strong communication skills — able to run effective meetings, write clear status updates, and manage stakeholders at different levels
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
