Job Description

We built a new feature for our SaaS product and need someone to own its entire go-to-market and growth. This isn't a typical PM role where you just coordinate tasks—you'll be responsible for positioning, launching, promoting, and scaling adoption of this feature from zero to significant revenue impact.

Full Ownership Means

You own the success metrics. User adoption, feature engagement, revenue contribution—these numbers are yours to move. You'll build the strategy, execute the tactics, measure what's working, and iterate fast when something isn't.

Launch strategy and positioning: Figure out who needs this feature most and why they'll care. Craft the messaging that makes it click for different customer segments. Decide how we price it, package it, and present it to existing customers versus new prospects. Build the launch plan including timeline, channels, and success criteria.

Marketing execution:

  • Create or coordinate all launch assets including landing pages, email campaigns, demo videos, case studies, and sales materials​
  • Run campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing to drive awareness and trials​
  • Work with design and content teams to produce high-quality promotional materials​
  • Test different messaging angles and channels to find what converts​

Customer education and onboarding: Develop onboarding flows, tutorials, and documentation that get users to value quickly. Create in-app messaging and emails that guide users through the feature. Run webinars or demos when needed to explain benefits and use cases.

Sales enablement: Train the sales team on how to pitch and position the feature. Create demo scripts, battle cards, and objection handlers. Equip customer success with resources to drive adoption in existing accounts.

Growth and optimization:

  • Monitor feature adoption metrics, conversion funnels, and user behavior​
  • Identify drop-off points and run experiments to improve activation and retention​
  • Gather user feedback and work with product to refine the feature​
  • Report on performance and recommend strategic adjustments​

Requirments

3+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management at a SaaS company. Proven track record launching features or products and driving measurable adoption. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition. Ability to create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, content, paid ads, and social. Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing metrics and making decisions based on performance. Self-starter who can operate independently without needing direction on every task. Excellent communication skills for working across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Bonus

Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Background in content creation including video, copywriting, or design. Previous ownership of revenue or growth targets. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies.
