Job Description
We run multiple print-on-demand shops across Etsy and Merch by Amazon and need someone to keep them running and growing. Designs are handled separately — you're managing the operation.
That means uploading new designs with properly researched titles, tags, and descriptions. Monitoring which listings are getting traction and which are dead weight. Pulling what isn't performing and replacing it. Tracking niche trends and flagging what categories are worth moving into next. Keeping the shop metrics healthy across multiple storefronts simultaneously.
What the role requires:
- Real experience with Etsy and/or Merch by Amazon — you know how the platforms actually work
- Understanding of POD keyword research and how to write listings that rank
- Ability to read shop analytics and make decisions from them, not just report them
- Organized enough to manage a catalog of hundreds of listings without things getting messy
The work is async. Conversational English is fine — communication is mostly internal. If you've managed POD shops before, show the results when you apply.
