Job Description

An established US insurance agency is adding remote support to handle the administrative backbone of its book of business. If you've worked in insurance and know your way around policies, carriers, and agency systems, this is a role where that experience is put to full use from day one.

The work centers on keeping policies moving and clients taken care of. That covers issuing and processing policies, endorsements, and cancellations; pulling together quotes and the documentation applications require; and staying ahead of renewals so nothing lapses unnoticed. On the claims side, you'll manage intake, organize supporting documents, and follow up on status until things are resolved. Throughout, you'll keep the agency management system accurate and up to date, and field questions from clients and carriers over email and phone.

Experience is the dividing line for this one. You should have spent time inside a US insurance agency and understand how policy servicing actually flows — quoting, renewals, endorsements, claims. Hands-on time in an agency management system such as AMS360, Applied Epic, EZLynx, or HawkSoft is expected, along with a working grasp of personal and/or commercial lines. Precision matters more than speed here: accurate data entry, careful documentation, and clear English in every client and carrier interaction. A reliable connection and quiet workspace round out the basics, and the schedule follows US business hours.

Applicants should share which US agencies they've supported, the lines of business they know best, and the management systems they've worked in.
