Podcast Production Manager

Behind every successful podcast is someone making sure every episode gets recorded, published, promoted, and seen by the right audience.

We're looking for an experienced Podcast Production Manager who can oversee the complete production workflow—from finding guests to publishing episodes and monitoring performance.

This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces and keeping production schedules running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

Guest & Episode Coordination

• Research potential guests

• Manage outreach and scheduling

• Coordinate recording calendars

• Handle communication before and after interviews

Production Management

• Oversee the video editing process using AI-powered tools

• Review finished episodes before publication

• Ensure quality and consistency across every release

Publishing & Distribution

• Schedule episodes across podcast and social platforms

• Prepare titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails, and show notes

• Manage multi-platform content distribution

Audience Growth

• Organize short-form clips for social media

• Support promotional campaigns

• Manage social media publishing

• Track episode performance and recommend improvements

Business Support

• Monitor podcast email inbox

• Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships

• Keep production timelines organized

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience managing podcast production from start to finish

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written communication

• Experience coordinating multiple deadlines simultaneously

• Familiarity with AI-powered production workflows

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Weekly Commitment

Approximately 10 hours per week.
