Podcast Producer

Our podcast needs someone to run the production side so the host can focus on the conversations. You'll book guests, edit the audio, and write the show notes and episode descriptions for every release.

Your days will mostly be split between three things: lining up the right guests and keeping them prepared and on schedule, turning raw recordings into clean, publish-ready episodes, and writing the titles, descriptions, and notes that help each episode get found and heard.

We're looking for someone with podcast production or audio editing experience, comfortable in tools like Audition, Descript, or Audacity, who writes well, communicates professionally with guests, and reliably meets deadlines. A good internet connection and a quiet workspace are a must.
