Podcast and Video editor

I’ve been doing my own editing for six months, and I’m ready to hand it off. I record a 45-minute show every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and I need someone who can turn that raw file into a professional-sounding episode by next morning.

The job is pretty straightforward: you’ll take my Riverside files, level the audio so we don't have one person louder than the other, and cut out the fluff. I don't need a heavy edit, just a clean flow. Once the main episode is done, I need you to grab three "viral" moments and turn them into vertical clips with easy-to-read captions for my Instagram and TikTok.

I’m looking for someone who doesn't just "push buttons" but actually listens to the content. If you hear a great quote that would make a good headline, I want you to tell me. We’ll use a shared Google Drive for the files and Slack for quick check-ins.
