Job Description
Pinterest is not a social media platform. For ecom brands it's a search engine with a 30–90 day shelf life on every pin — which means content you create today can drive traffic for months. Most brands treat it like Instagram and wonder why it doesn't work.
We need someone who understands this distinction and knows how to build a Pinterest presence that actually compounds. That means keyword-optimized boards, consistent pinning cadence, A/B testing pin designs, and tracking what drives clicks versus what just gets saved.
What you'll own:
- Board structure, keyword research, and ongoing optimization
- Designing and scheduling pins — static, video, and idea pins
- Running Pinterest Ads for product launches and evergreen promotions
- Monitoring analytics and iterating based on what's actually driving traffic to the site
- Competitor research and identifying content and keyword gaps
Real results required — not "I managed a Pinterest account" but actual traffic numbers you can show. Conversational English is fine. The work is primarily independent and async.
