Job Description

We are hiring a high performance Appointment Setter and Personal Assistant to support a private health insurance brokerage focused on helping individuals and families secure private coverage options outside of employer plans.


This is a fast paced, performance driven role where success is measured by calls made, appointments set, and deals closed.





Core Responsibilities



You will handle full front end pipeline support including:


  • Outbound calling to fresh and aged leads using a dialer
  • Setting qualified appointments directly into the calendar
  • Qualifying and disqualifying prospects using a structured script
  • Following up via phone, SMS, and email consistently
  • Managing lead communication through CRM text drip system
  • Sending and tracking emails to leads using business email
  • Responding to inbound Facebook messages and comments
  • Moving leads from initial contact to booked appointment efficiently


You will be expected to operate with urgency, structure, and consistency every day.

  • Lead lists (fresh and aged)
  • Call scripts and qualification framework
  • Quote tool for plan presentation
  • Scheduling system for booking appointments
  • Facebook business page access for lead engagement





Compensation Structure



This is a hybrid pay structure designed to reward both consistency and performance.



Base Pay



  • Guaranteed base pay starts at hire
  • Base increases over time based on performance, efficiency, and reliability
  • Higher output and stronger conversion rates directly increase your base pay tier



Commission



  • 25 percent commission on deals you directly contribute to through your appointments
  • Earnings per deal typically range from 100 to 1000 dollars
  • Paid weekly



Bonuses



  • Weekly performance bonuses based on appointments set, show rates, and closed business
  • Bonuses scale with consistency and production





What Success Looks Like



High performers in this role:


  • Maintain consistent daily call volume
  • Book high quality, qualified appointments
  • Keep CRM and follow up systems fully updated
  • Reduce wasted leads through proper qualification
  • Help drive consistent sales outcomes
