Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer who lives and breathes Meta advertising. You'll own paid social campaigns designed to drive qualified leads — foot traffic, store visits, and appointment bookings — for our physical retail locations. If you've spent years optimising campaigns that actually move people from a screen into a store, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on in-store lead generation — store visits, appointment requests, call-ins, and local awareness.

Manage and scale monthly ad budgets, maintaining cost-per-lead and cost-per-visit targets across multiple locations or regions.

Develop and test creative briefs — ad copy, visuals, and video concepts — in collaboration with the creative team, iterating fast based on performance data.

Leverage Meta's local and offline conversion tools — Offline Conversions API, store traffic campaigns, local awareness objectives — to close the loop between digital ads and physical visits.

Build audiences using first-party CRM data, lookalikes, and location-based targeting to reach high-intent customers near our stores.

Report on campaign performance weekly — CPL, ROAS, store visit rates — and translate data into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Stay current with Meta's evolving ad platform — new placements, attribution changes, AI-driven features — and proactively pilot what's relevant.

What we're looking for

2–5 years of experience running Meta Ads campaigns, with a clear track record of lead generation results.

Demonstrated experience in physical retail or brick-and-mortar lead gen — driving foot traffic, in-store appointments, or local service enquiries (not just e-commerce conversions).

Deep familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and attribution tools including the Conversions API and Meta Pixel.

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working in spreadsheets, ad dashboards, and basic reporting tools to spot trends and make fast decisions.

Experience managing budgets of at least $10k/month per account independently.

Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
